The Transition Team consisted of the ten members of the Pastor Search Committee and five additional members. They led the church in conversation and activities around five major areas of healthy congregations. The Team was pleased with the broad participation by the many members of FBC who gave voice to our future because we believe God speaks through the people, not just one person or one small group.
