WE! Shelter Sign-up Instructions
SignUp Genius is a bit easier to use this year. You can click on just one box to sign up for something, or you can click on multiple boxes and sign up for them all at once.
Once you have selected the job(s) and date(s) you want, click the BIG GREEN BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM that says “Submit and Sign-up”. From there, you have two options to complete your sign up:
1. USE YOUR SIGNUP GENIUS ACCOUNT: If you already have an account, you can sign in by entering your e-mail address and the password that goes with your e-mail address. If you do not remember your password, click the “forgot password” link and follow the steps to retrieve your password or change it.
2. DO NOT USE A SIGNUP GENIUS ACCOUNT: If you do not ALREADY have an account for your e-mail address, there is no need to create an account (or remember your password!). Click “I do not have a SignUpGenius Account”. If you sign up without an account, you will be asked for your email address and phone number. The email address will be used to send you a reminder when your sign up slot is approaching; the phone number is a back-up communication alternative, in case we need to contact you with changes, questions, etc. You can choose to create an account from this screen or can choose to receive an e-mail confirmation that allows you to change the sign-up later if you want. Enter this information, and then click “Signup Now” at the bottom.
NOTE: If you need to change your sign-up later, you will either need to sign in using an account, select to receive the e-mail reminder (if you didn’t create an account), or e-mail Clare Johnson.
