- "Growth Experiences for where you are in life."
What
is ACCESS?
ACCESS is a new formative experience for adults on Wednesday
nights offered by FBC and the surrounding neighborhood
community. These growth experiences will focus on elements
of life that matter to adults of all ages.
What
seminars are available? We are offering
two seminars:
- Seminar 1:
Body Health: Nutrition & Yoga; A certified
nutritionist and yoga instructor will share and demonstrate
practices for better care and maintenance of our bodies.
- Seminar 2:
Religion & Politics: Navigating Rough Waters;
Special guests will facilitate an open discourse on
the dangers and values at the intersection of these
two realities.
When
do they meet?
Both seminars will run April 16, 23, 30 and May 14,
21, 28. You will have May 7th off. Class time: 6:00
- 7:00 pm.

How
much are the seminars?
$10 per adult (this does not include any supplies that
your facilitator may require). You may pay in advance
or pay the first night of the class.
